Open Call Details
We invite emerging artists to bring their creative visions to Taipei Lumitree, Taipei City’s newest landmark, as part of our City Lullaby Exhibition in the first half-year of 2025.
Taipei Lumitree is an open-air digital art space in the heart of Taipei, combining art and technology in a unique outdoor setting. Located on one of the city’s most scenic avenues, it features a 10-meter-high LED wall and glowing columns that create a captivating visual experience. Open daily from 8 AM to 9 PM, transforming the area into a luminous, interactive canvas for artists and the public.
This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your art on a large scale, and we welcome you to join us in elevating public art to new heights.

Requirements
City Lullaby is an original art program by Tiger Party. Selected artists can gain a 1-month exhibit opportunity to showcase their talents and connect with Taipei City. We encourage submissions that reflect the energy of the city. Please provide:
1. Video File:
- Length: 30 seconds
- Format: MOV or MP4
2. Display Mockup:
- File Format: JPG, PNG, or PDF
- Purpose: Demonstrate how your artwork will appear on the various LED panels.

For your information, if selected, you will have 3 to 4 weeks to finalize and format your artwork for the gallery’s LED specifications. The display is a combination of 3 pieces of LED panels. Attached is each panel’s image resolution for your reference:
- LED Circular Column: 2048 px (W) * 3060 px (H)
- LED Wall: 5145 px (W) * 2208 px (H)
- LED Column: 1024 px (W) * 2880 px (H)
Artworks depicting violence, nudity, obscenity, or disturbing visuals are strictly prohibited by local regulations and will not be eligible for display.
